ADATA join hands with Kaizen Infoserve; makes after-sales better

For the entire range of ADATA products across the India market, ADATA Technology announced the official commencement of co-operation with Kaizen Infoserve as an after-sales service provider.

Joining forces with Kaizen Infoserve is part of an overall ADATA strategy to strengthen its focus on the India market and overhaul after-sales services, a pivotal step towards greater success throughout India.

Talking about the new initiative, Chris Chang, Managing Director, ADATA Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd., said, “After-sales service is one of the key ingredients for establishing a brand in any region, and the center of a major initiative we are taking this year to increase our presence in India. While ADATA already has world-class products, the rich after-sales support experience Kaizen Infoserve brings with regards to the Indian market will prove essential to our ability to reach more customers and most importantly better serve their needs.”

Chang added, “the partnership will greatly improve services offered to our customers and channel partners alike, and will enhance our ability to serve them. While making products available through multiple channels is a must for brand visibility, high quality after-sales service is equally vital in any region.”

Co-operation between the two companies is being undertaken with consideration for rapidly-increasing customer demand in India. It will help bring about a more focused approach towards sales, after-sales, and total customer support capabilities. To create awareness and increase the visibility of the new partnership, ADATA plans to carry out various consumer and channel-centric activities in coming months.

Commenting on the new arrangement, Kaizen Infoserve President Murali Krishnan said: “our company is synonymous with technical support services in India as we mark our 10th anniversary in 2016. We are extremely proud and pleased a major brand such as ADATA is joining our client list. Kaizen Infoserve will strive to deliver the finest expertise and quickest turnaround for ADATA customers across the country”.

In the first phase of cooperation, over 20 service centers will begin operations, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ranchi, Patna, and Guwahati to name a few. As conditions evolve, Kaizen Infoserve and ADATA will expand their joint presence while forming a strategy that benefits all parties, in particular customers.
