As part of a major order from their Indore partner, Business Automation Indore Pvt. Ltd, Iris provided 4,500 Acer desktops, valued at Rs 55 crore, for the prestigious state PACS project, along with Mantra VPN products

Iris Global Services has recently completed a significant supply of computer products and hardware for PACS centers across the state of Madhya Pradesh. This was part of a major order from their Indore partner, Business Automation Indore Pvt. Ltd.

Iris Global provided 4,500 Acer desktops, valued at Rs 55 crore, for the prestigious state PACS project, along with Mantra VPN products.

PACS (Primary Agricultural Credit Societies) are the grassroots-level arms of the short-term cooperative credit structure. PACS interact directly with rural (agricultural) borrowers, offering loans, collecting repayments, and undertaking distribution and marketing functions. They play a crucial role in the cooperative credit structure and form its foundation, serving as the final link between borrowers and higher financing agencies such as Scheduled Commercial Banks, RBI, and NABARD.

Business Automation, also known as BusAuto, has been a senior partner in Iris Global’s channel partner network for over three decades. They are a leading IT solution provider, serving clients across India through various government, corporate, and educational projects.

BusAuto represents top brands including Oracle, Red Hat, HPE, NetApp, Fortinet, HP, Cisco, VMware, Dell, Acer, Microsoft, OpenText, Logitech, Brother, Epson, Vertiv, Samsung, LG, Thales, and Radware, among others. They also offer warranty and post-warranty services through their extensive network.

Their partnership with Iris Global has continually strengthened over the years.

Ravi Nandi, Director, Business Automation Indore Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our company received an order from the MP state government to provide computing solutions at 4,519 PACS centers within a tight three-month deadline. Iris Global efficiently procured and supplied the majority of the order, including 4,500 Acer desktops and Mantra Biometrics hardware. Their timely delivery was crucial in meeting the project timelines.”

Nandi further explained, “We faced a strict timeline for delivering and installing the solutions at each PACS center. Iris Global supplied the products to our warehouses in Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, and Jabalpur, from where we proceeded with the installations at the respective PACS centers.”

BusAuto, a financially robust company, made advance payments to secure cash discounts. Iris Global supported the transaction with suitable credit facilities.

Founded in 2001, Business Automation started as a systems integration company offering enterprise networking, data center solutions, software solutions, system security, and facilities management services. Today, BusAuto has over 100 employees and has recorded an annual revenue of Rs 150 crore. They also subcontract through OEMs and primarily serve the government sector, corporates, and private enterprises such as L&T Infotech, UST Global, TCS, HCL, New Holland, Tata International, DB Corp, Volvo Eicher, Shakti Pumps, Sanoh India, Bharat Petroleum, and BHEL.

“We appreciate the personal efforts of Anila Pendharkar, Iris’s Indore Branch Manager, and their top management. In the last fiscal year alone, we conducted business worth Rs 40 crore with Iris. With three months already passed in this fiscal year, we are looking at over Rs 400 crore in business leads and anticipate doing Rs 100 crore worth of business with them,” Nandi concluded.

Iris Global has a strong track record of supporting various government and federal projects. They supplied LG Pocket Projectors for the Bihar Government’s World Bank-aided Jeevika Project for rural women’s livelihood. They helped set up online educational classes for Nagpur Municipality Schools with WishTel MDM-based tablets.

It supplied Acer Desktops to modernized IT infrastructure for the Home Ministry’s paramilitary forces.

Iris also provided Sparsh video surveillance equipment and CCTV cameras for monitoring District Police Stations at Leh and the Union Territory of Ladakh.

“There are tremendous opportunities in the state government and corporate private sector in MP, where BusAuto has a strong presence. Iris offers a range of products and technologies to support their future projects. Over the years, Iris Global has consistently delivered prompt order loading and on-time deliveries,” said Anila Pendharkar, Branch Manager, Iris Global Services MP and CG.

Iris Global is known for assisting partners by structuring complex business deals, extending appropriate credit and meeting urgent delivery deadlines. Channel partners appreciate Iris for its quick response, timely delivery, and transparent service.

“We value our relationship with BusAuto. They have an excellent experience and a strong presence in Madhya Pradesh. Iris is a partner-friendly organization, always eager to take extra steps to support our partners and ensure they continue to return with more business. Our efficient service logistics and supporting credit facilities will help them grow,” said Sanjiv Krishen, Founder CMD – Iris Global Services.
