BluePi Consulting has onboarded Gaurav Sharma to head the organization’s Delivery function. Gaurav is a seasoned professional and a leader, having successfully delivered in his nearly two decades of experience working for global multinationals and Indian organizations. In his new role, Gaurav will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery function, focusing on its excellence and further improvements in alignment with the organization’s business goals.
Gaurav brings with him the experience of delivering multi-million USD/GBP projects. He has rich experience in setting up project teams, Governance, Planning and Execution, Outsourcing capability, People Management, and Vendor Management. He has experience in leading delivery operations across multiple geographies, including USA, UK, Canada, and India.

Gaurav brings on the floor a total of two decades of experience to this new role. Prior to this, he worked for NatWest Group as Vice President where he was heading global core platforms and programs serving Banks’ Credit excess and decisioning applications. Over his noteworthy career, Gaurav has held several leadership positions where he worked across geographies and industry verticals and delivered high growth. Being result-oriented and passionate, he has served Xerox Business Services, Hewitt and Quark in senior management positions. Gaurav’s experience spans across Portfolio and Program Management, Digital Transformation, Risk Management, Vendor Management, and Geographical Diverse Team Management where he has the expertise.. Gaurav has a Master’s degree in Computer Application. During his leisure, he enjoys playing cricket and basketball while constantly updating himself by learning new things.
